    A FIVE-STAR rating for this seller. Items were as advertised and arrived quickly. Packaging and communication were TOP NOTCH. including a few extra hot wheels cars for ordering. I certainly would buy from this seller again.

    The package arrived torn and crushed opened, the item was not packed tightly so it was damaged and also description said new but looked clearly opened and had a bad smoke odor. The seller did immediately respond and accepted the return, issued the refund once the seller received the package back. So the rating is for the packaging and shipping of the item, not the seller's response, that part was okay.

    Because of the $200 item cost, seller agreed to send this with SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION, as I requested, but that was not done. Fortunately, the patch arrived safely anyway, but this easily could have ended very differently because my mail is occasionally delivered to other people and all TRACKING shows is that it was delivered (to anybody!).
