As advertised, new with tag. Seller went above and beyond with the packaging. Outside was taped so well I had to get box blade to get thru the tape. Likewise the hat was packaged extremely well, even the bill was wrapped in tissue paper. And a personal note as well. Made me smile unwrapping.... : )
