Welcome to Castleberg Outdoors. We are a specialist independent outdoor retailer first established in 1987. Aside from some of the best prices you'll find, we are hugely focused on customer service. Expert advice, delivering on time, answering emails or calls - it's important to us to get it right and make you delighted - it means (we hope) you'll come back again.

Why are we different? How do we do things? We believe our strength is in our staff, our shop and what we sell. Our staff because everyone who works for us has a passion for the outdoors, knows the gear inside out and is committed to doing their best for customers.     Castleberg answered my query speedily and after I placed my order the shoes arrived speedily too, packed in a Zamberlan box. As I had worn this brand in the past, I knew these would be perfect for my feet and was not disappointed, just wish I hadn't wasted time trying others! I completely recommend Castleberg for their professionalism, customer care and quality goods at a very good price.

    I foolishly ordered the wrong size running belt. The seller made an immediate refund on receipt of the return without a quibble. I was very impressed with the service and straightaway placed an order for the correct size which was despatched immediately. Excellent service.

    Everything that you could want from a business. I purchased a good quality running trainer but unfortunately it was the wrong size but I was able to exchange it for a bigger size. The service I recieved to result in a fantastic product was great communication, key updates, fast delivery, understanding, and flexibility to provide a great service.
