  Received product in factory packaging. It looked fine. Opened packaging a few weeks later to use. Product disintegrated immediately within first few seconds of using. Material would disintegrate on contact with slightest pressure. Contacted seller with no response for the last couple weeks.

  Customer said they opened it a month later . I responded but after 30 and used how would I know if the costumer didn’t destroy it . It’s a wax pad ? He didn’t send pictures or any videos . All they want is their money back and keep a item
