  Item was out of stock, seller gave me an alternative option but I opted to cancel. Refund was sent out immediately. As much as I was disappointed to not get my item, it was nice of them to actually tell me rather than just vanish and never ship anything (has happened to me a few times)

  There was no way to figure out how to pay toll fees on the eBay site, so seller offered to refund my money. I give him a "Very POSITIVE" feedback, as the issue was not his fault for the tariffs that are added, nor for the fact there is no way to find out how to pay it on eBay. Excellent Seller because the Communication was excellent and refund issued timely. I now keep my purchases to my home country. POSITIVE SELLER
