  The Seller accidentally sent the item to the wrong address but was quick to rectify the situation and provide a refund. They recognized their mistake & took the initiative to make me aware , I did not have to reach out to them.   The platter was delivered to wrong address which is incorrect regarding FedEx as address shows correctly on order However I contacted Ebay and also the seller and within a matter of overnite hours, my refund has been issued. Thank you.

  Although shipping shows delivered, the item was in fact never delivered to my location. FedEx screwed up and failed delivery. The seller promptly refunded my purchase (thank you), but unfortunately this was the last one they had in stock. FedEx is simply a terrible delivery service since they now subcontract their deliveries.
