  The printer arrived in good condition. FedEx delayed the shipment, claiming a “Delivery Exception” and a hold requested on the delivery. I tried to use their online customer service and it refused to answer my questions so I searched for their phone number and had to argue with the lousy AI there that refused to answer or connect me to a person. When a live person answered, it was likely an Indian phone scammer. Commenting on Facebook got me flooded with messages and friend requests from others.

  had a small problem with the sd card port, seller was very communicative and took responsibility immediately offering a return and full refund. would definetly work with them again. thank you! appearance and packaging were exactly as expected

  Item arrived as described. It was double boxed and quickly and reasonably shipped. The price seemed in line with similar offerings and this met my needs perfectly and gave me back the counter space I needed in my small kitchen (see photo) Thank you
