  Purchased this item and after looking again at the listing I realised that the description stated they had an issue, however after submitting a cancellation request, the seller promtly cancelled the order and refunded me. Very polite and accommodating seller, 10/10 would reccomend.

  After some slight issues with Royal Mail, the package arrived safely and as described. Controller works great, although I still have to get my head round how to configure it properly. Been wanting one of these for a while and pulled the trigger (so to speak lol). Great seller, polite and responsive. Would use them again.

  seller had supplied apple airpods claiming they were genuine on the listing. After taking them to Apple directly they confirmed they were counterfeit. The headband was the wrong colour when it should be blue and also the ear cushions were the wrong colour. The serial number was also removed from the box and when asking the seller why this was they had no answer. Very disappointed with this seller as they have wasted my time and tried to trick me.
