  An unusual thing happened with this purchase - I received something different than pictured - however, is is every bit as beautiful as what I had chosen. Comparable in price, it was still a great value. I contacted the seller to let them know what had happened -so they could keep up with their inventory. It arrived in perfect condition, it was packed carefully to avoid breakage in shipping. It was sent in a timely fashion too. Seller made it right and I'm thrilled with my purchase. A+++ seller!

  Great communication, sanafu with USPS slowed my delivery but Caroll's Sundries kept in touch & it was only 1 day later than expected, & it got resolved. I will admit that I thought the shipping was a little high, but when I saw how well it was packaged & the delivery person left it in the rain on my sidewalk yet the interior was bone dry. I will definitely shop with them again.

  The plates are perfect, just as advertised. She carefully wrapped each plate, pushing with cardboard in between & at the end of the stack. The stack was carefully suspended in paper filler on all sides. Very good & secure packaging to protect the plates. Quick ship. Very good & honest seller. Would recommend. A+A+A+
