  My shocks showed up but were bad out of the box. Asked them to send me replacement so I could fix my ride. Instead they wanted pictures which I had already sent. Then they took days to send me a return label and all I wanted was my restocks. Guess I will buy them elsewhere as they still haven’t offered to sell me or send me replacements for the bad product. They have my money and I still haven’t offered no shocks. Would have preferred them to stand behind defective products and sent me new ones.

  After a while of talking back-and-forth, they made everything correct.And sent me the part that was missing that got lost in the mail.It wasn t their fault that It got lost in the mail.Overall everything was great.

  Warning. Do not buy from this seller. I ordered parts that did not fit my car despite the description identifying my exact year and model in the listing. Long runaround trying to return the parts including a bogus return label to a drop address with no return instructions for a refund. Multiple messages...Horrible customer service. I tried. I finally just opted to keep the parts to save my sanity (probably what they wanted anyway).
