    Item arrived broken. Seller was a good communicator and worked with me on the price, but the item was clearly broken and this was not explained in the description. The item description was a cut and paste part number and vehicle compatibility. The packaging of the item was good- bubble wrap and protective packaging. However, the shipping time was a bit slow- the item arrive 11 days after payment was made.

We offered a 33% discount, free 30-day returns (still available), and top communication. The 11-day holiday shipping delay from Philly to Washington was beyond our control. With over 1,200 positive sales, we strive for excellence and appreciate the chance to improve.

    Seller answered my questions swiftly, and even looked over the part to make sure they were being honest which I deeply appreciated. Part came quickly, well-wrapped and undamaged. Worked perfectly as a substitute for my slightly busted headlight, couldn't be happier to have saved money on this replacement part :)
