Said it was shipping through fed ex but ups delivered the envelope. After getting the delivery of not my part, they told me they didn't have the part in their inventory. Now fighting to get a refund.

I understand it’s business and I knew it would take a little bit of time to get it. But after purchase three weeks later, I receive my sub frame with two layers of saran wrap, and a shipping label on it. I paid for shipping and handling if you didn’t have a box big enough for it. it should have at least been saran wrapped to keep it protected
