  Took a bit longer to arrive than expected (Royal Mail's tracking service proved utterly useless - 2 days later it's still saying it hasn't left the depot), but good quality, good price, surprisingly comfortable (although I probably should have gone a size smaller, but that's on me...), pretty much as described👍 Easy and pleasant transaction overall, thanks very much!

  Seller contacted offering a full refund in a show of good faith. I said I did not need a refund the offer was sufficient to show honesty integrity and it would be wrong to take a refund as I only needed one item. The seller still made the refund which I will donate to charity as I do not wish to take advantage of such an honest and honourable seller. Thankyou

  Delivered on time and perfect for our sofa. This is fantastic customer service unlike the first ones I ordered from another company who delayed sending then said they had sent them then said they would send them again but instead refunded me leaving me without the covers. This seller has delivered on time and is great I would recommend them again to anyone 😀
