  Item was perfect, fit perfectly, Carol was very responsive and polite, personable. I told her I wanted to buy the top for a trip I'm taking and she sent it right away, sent it in a package that fit in my locked mailbox (which is a positive where mail theft is rampant). She also handwrote a nice note, which is a sweet, rare touch these days. I'd definitely do business with her again.
