  Just received my Elemis Ginseng toner and I am looking forward to trying it later today. The item is the original Elemis item new and unboxed as described parcel arrive quickly with fair postage costs, excellent value for money and the packaging was carefully executed and what was so sweet and very kind was the little package of sweets, I hadn’t eaten for year. A thoughtful seller and would definitely recommend Caroline’s Luxury Cosmetics.

  Items packaged very well indeed, as described, managed to get a good price and despatch & delivery was quick. A slight hiccup in the order arose after receiving my item but seller was quick to respond and sort it out with a mutually agreed upon resolution. 10/10

  This was my first purchase from Caroline’s Luxury Products. I chose this seller on the basis of the competitive price. The item arrived promptly on the advised delivery date. It was well packaged ( P&P free). The invoiced was charmingly annotated with a personal, hand written greeting from the seller thanking me for choosing to support her business and included a complimentary confectionery gift as a thank you. The product was as described and I would certainly recommend this seller.

  Really wonderful seller. Absolutely beautiful products and they are always so well packaged. Described perfectly, down to any tiny cosmetic flaw, truly the most honestly seller on here. Postage is always fast and the value is incredible. Genuinely the nicest seller I’ve ever had the pleasure of buying from. I go to her regularly, she’s just wonderful.

  My parcel was secure and packed extremely well opening the package. The item is in good condition as stated, a little package dropped out. She sent me a free gift. How kind of her. I’m really had a happy with my product and the pricing was wonderful.
