  Condition & appearance of item was as described. Seller shipped the item very promptly and it was packaged well to prevent any damage in shipment. Shipping costs were higher than I would have liked compared to the cost of the item, but were not unreasonable given that the shipping option used by seller was the best one for packaging & shipping the quantity of items purchased.

  Really well packaged. As advertised. Great looking helmet. Overall a great transaction. Side complaint that has nothing to do with the seller. DHL is on strike. They were always slow to begin with. They also try to get crossborder shoppers to pre-pay customs fees that are unnecessary. Hate them as shippers.
