    Item as illustrated and described; carefully packaged with each part of the plane being individually wrapped, boxed and then further protected by the inclusion of polystyrene chips to prevent movement during transit. The item arrived at the beginning of the delivery window, just ten days after purchase and posting. All in all, excellent service.

    As advertised was well packaged but USPS managed to break the stud on the mixing chamber. I contacted the vendor and he is sending another burner assembly to replace the damaged one. The vendor is very helpful and good to deal with

    Even though the part came in broken, I appreciate that the seller replied and refunded me within 2 hours. I cannot fault the seller at all, they did a fantastic job of trying to package the product very well. Sadly the USPS I believe is at fault. I would recommend if it's possible as I'm fairly new to ebay perhaps offering another shipping option such as UPS for an extra cost? Thank you again

    Quality was exactly as described. It was in great condition when it arrived. Priced appropriately. It’s appearance was as promised. Shipping was timely and extra care was taken in packaging to make sure it arrived undamaged
