  High quality materials. Quick ship. Unfortunately no assembly instructions were included or available online. When I asked for instructions, the seller response was "Did you see the photo on the link?" So using the blurry photos in the listing, I was able to assemble the stand, but it took a few attempts and still not sure it's correct, but it works.

  Seller refuses to honor the warranty. The bearing failed within two weeks and it completely locked up. The fan housing also arrived cracked because the packaging is poor. The seller also draws out the process likely to force you to just buy another part. He waits 24 hrs to respond each time asking for trivial information or something difficult to do.

  Good value, easy to deal with. Shipping was late but it was the shipping company fault, made it to Portland then back to Los Angeles then back to Portland.
