Item was well packaged but must of been damaged somehow on the journey from the postage as the watch strap was broken. Seller offered my a full refund if i wanted to return ot or partial due the item damaged and believe i was offered a generous amount but still great value for money. Good communication and resolved quickly! Would buy from seller again :D
