    Poor customer service. I bought this item Thursday and they didn’t ship it until Sunday. I even tried to cancel it and they said I couldn’t because it already shipped. But that was lie.

    The carburetor arrived today and is installed on the generator and running great. A great product at a reasonable price with fast and fair shipping. Well packaged. An excellent Ebayer.

    Great service. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to package the product better. Attached are photos of how I received the package. And I have yet to see if it even works but by the looks of the damaged package I wouldn't be surprised if the product is damaged as well.
