  Incredible seller. They reached out to me immediately after I placed the order letting me know that if I had any issue with the fit to contact them and they would make every arrangement to see that I was happy. But what really through my mind was not only how fast it was delivered, but the quality. We're talking about a $40, Ultra high gloss, black plastic lower lip splitter that I attached to a $95,000 car, and it looks better than any OEM part. Incredible!

  The bracket arrived with a major visible defect. The seller offered a $10 credit and to keep the defective item. After I said this was unacceptable, they offered 25%. I told them I wanted it replaced but they did not respond to my request to send a replacement. They suggested it was a shipping issue. I told them the packaged arrived properly package. This was clearly a manufacturing defect that went out their door undetected. Very disappointed.

  I canceled the order as their only payment accepted is PayPal and they were happy to cancel my order. Everything was described correctly, I had just missed the payment options which was my own fault. Great seller to deal with.
