  The puzzle was received in appropriate packaging and received in NEW condition. The picture looks amazing and the price was reasonable.   I can't say enough good things about this seller. Their puzzles are next level, but their customer service is above and beyond that. Before USPS tracking even showed any movement on the shipment, Zenchalet alerted me that the item was incorrect, told me I was welcome to keep it, and shipped the correct item out the same day. Being alerted to the resolution of an online order mixup before you even knew there was an issue is a mind blowing act of good business these days. Much respect Zenchalet!
