    Awesome seller! Great communication. Immediate shipping. Packed the very delicate stereo components extremely well. Seller even included a phone number and personal note in case I had questions.     The seller went way above and beyond for me. My item was shipped super fast. Unfortunately the shipping company tossed my item like a football and it got messed up and dented all over. The seller offered me a huge refund. The item was well packed. I recommend this seller and would purchase from him in the future.

    Seller responded promptly to questions and shipped the drill right away. Drill was like in pictures, however, this model is not a "HAMMER" drill. It does work very good otherwise as intended by manufacturer. Will keep it. I do not think that this the seller knew that it was not a hammer drill. Just a regular variable speed reversible. So no harm done. Somehow feel confident this seller would have accepted a return or offered a partial refund I asked for. Buy here with confidence. Thank you.
