  Wheel was in great shape basically new. Did not come with center cap as it wasn’t pictured with it. Value was ok given the typical price new from dealership. Slow shipping but it was packaged well and there were no issues with balancing. I messaged them about the shipping delay and was told two business day which is no issue however it shipped on the 3rd or fourth day instead. Typically not an issue however not what was reported.

  Awesome seller!! I did not know these wheels came from the factory in polished and powered coated. I accidentally ordered powder coated and wanted to exchange. They were very accommodating and customer service responded quickly and professionally to emails about my concerns. The return process had some hiccups due to eBay return policies, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. My only complaint is that powder coated was not specially mentioned in the description.

  This was one of the most satisfying online purchase experiences I’ve ever had! Can’t say enough about this seller and the product they sold. There were some clarifying questions that I had, and this seller was amazingly prompt to respond with all good information. The shipping was incredibly speedy, the packaging was exceptionally professional and perfect to protect my purchase and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. How’s that for a review?   Rim was new as advertised with no scuffs or scratches - it matched my vehicle’s original rim and my tire shop had no issues installing. Price was reasonable. Shipping absolutely sucks with FedEx Ground as FedEx struggles to commit to a delivery window more specific than ‘End of Day’ - this is not a knock on the seller, though, as they shipped quickly. Highly recommend this seller!

  Wrong item sent, but return went fine. Unfortunately, the correct item wasn't available. Customer service (via messages) was courteous, helpful, and very professional. Wish I could have done business with this seller. Looking forward to doing business with them some time in the not too distant future.
