  Seller: I read some negative reviews. I think you must be patient with this seller. Shipping label was created but it didn't ship until 8 days later. I did start to stress a little about it but decided to just be patient. It arrived to me 10 days after the purchase date. It was a great deal, and 10 days to get to me is just fine. Would happily purchase from seller again. Great packaging, Pot and lid looked perfect! I really like the MC2 series. Excellent value for the quality you get.

  Fourth purchase from this vendor; and actually, though the first three were outstanding, this was the best of them all. Seller is very good about communication, and ships quickly. The quality of the items is outstanding, and I have found the condition to be better than described.   Awesome seller!!! Ordered a few weeks before Christmas, a bit worried it wouldn’t show up on time when it didn’t ship out for a few days. I reached out to the team at capital cookware and they said that they were sorry for the delay, just a busy time of year. In exchange, they would send a partial refund for the inconvenience. They also threw some extra goodies in the box!! Really nice people and quick to respond! Got my item before Christmas!!! Will shop your page again
