    The pictures arrived very quick and they were packaged very well unfortunately they were not for me so I had to contact the seller who was very helpful and understanding gave us a refund very quickly the items were donated to charity as per sellers request so we did not have to return everything regarding my experience with this seller has been perfect i would highly recommend A++++

    Item as described. Seller dispatched promptly. Let down by carrier, Evri who delivered several days late then just chucked my item in my garden. Went unnoticed and was left in the rain and now damaged! No reflection on seller but will not purchase any items in future if being delivered by Evri. This is not the first time I have had issues with this appalling delivery company. Avoid them.

    This arrived 1 day after the ETA stated when ordered, so it was not several days late as stated. We have offered to replace for the customer, but they have confirmed the artwork itself is actually ok. I am sorry the courier let us down on this occasion, if we could hand deliver them ourselves we would.
