  I have never agreed with the very limiting star rating system (4 = 80%, 5 = 100%, really!) however, I cannot think of how this company could possibly improve on their service. Everything, description, price, packaging, communication (especially communication) , delivery, everything was just right. Particularly good when you realise it was sent from a town near Rome - Italy to Cambridge - England. So... for the 1st time ever I'm going to give 5 stars. They deserve it.

  Ich war etwas skeptisch, da ich bisher noch nie da bestellt habe. Die Lieferung erfolgte genau wie angegeben innerhalb von 5 Tagen (incl Wochenende). Das halte ich für wirklich gut, da ja aus der Nähe von Rom der Artikel versendet wird. Das Paket kam mit zusätzlicher Schaumverpackung einwandfrei. Die Informationen zum Versand waren überwiegend in italienisch und daher das einzige Manko, was ich zu bemängeln hätte - für mich aber voll akzeptabel. Mein Lob an Camperflash!

  Item received before expected date thank-you. Very well packaged and received with no Damage. Was kept informed every step of the way of the batteries journey to the UK. Very pleased with the service and the seller. Woukd definitely buy from this seller again. Excellent

  Parfait, rien à redire avec le vendeur. Plutôt réactif suite à mon problème de livraison. Par contre niveau livraison une vraie catastrophe le livreur s'est permis de jeter les batteries par-dessus le portail

  Ordinato art. semplice ricambio x montaggio finestra lato destro; arrivato art. x montaggio sinistro. Pur contattato con cortesia il venditore x riferire disguido, ha continuamente asserito con varie ipotesi ,che ho sbagliato ordine art. x nn riconoscere il loro disguido. Per nn continuare la loro intransigenza nel non riconoscere il disguido, nn ho dato seguito x la restituzione, che già era negata. E l'ho tenuto x riserva del lato sinistro finestra !
