Camerastore and particularly Louis did all their part correctly as to the shipping of the camera. Our communication was very good. The camera, when finally received, was in a very good condition, well packed and is in a very good working condition. As mentioned the shipping time was messed up by UPS. The negative rating should not camerastore s quality of service. I ll buy from them again any time.
