    Ordered 5 clear slimline double dvd cases. 5 black cases were sent. It is usual practice for sellers to contact the customer if they cannot supply the exact item. The previous similar items I have ordered in the past were clear, so these do not match. One star deducted for the lack of communication.

Following my initial query as to whether they had sufficient brass cupboard hinges in stock ( I need a significant amount ) and how soon they could dispatch following an order, they assured me that they could despatch the following day.
