  Although the seller has no control over shipping procedures or timings, the item was shipped quickly and delivered promptly. The seller could give lessons on how to package for shipping. The item arrived in perfect condition, very clean and just as described. The price of the item, as well as the shipping cost, was good value for money. I’m completely satisfied with the sale, and recommend the seller.

  She was amazing. The sale was amazing. The item was a fantastic value. Somewhere along the way, the post office lost the package. And again, the seller was amazing with her response time, empathy, and knowledge. Ended up with a timely refund. Even though it was a disappointing situation, the seller was wonderful! Will definitely shop this shop again and I’d still recommend it to any and every one. Very good people!

This vintage piece is in perfect condition, in the original, vintage Waterford box.   I bought the same item from another seller and it was non working. It was a nightmare to resolve. The new seller however described it accurately, it was shipped well protected and works beautifully. The new has a return policy.
