    After having purchased numerous things from this seller, this is the first time where a mistake was made on their part. Instead of receiving 2 items as described in the listing I was shipped only 1. After contacting the seller they acknowledged the error and quickly sent out the remaining item. Mistakes happen, I won't hold that against them. Both shipments arrived quickly and the items were well packaged and as described. Outstanding seller! Thank you once again!

    Calgary Computer Wholesale are easily the best vendor I've dealt with on eBay. They are responsive and courteous, and bent over backwards to help me when my order was damaged in shipping. They more than adequately packaged the PC I ordered. The damage was not due to negligence on the part of CCW. My order was exactly as described and was priced below what I could find else where. I highly recommend them and will hopefully do business with them in the future.

    Extremely well packed to safeguard in shipping, very quick shipping from Calgary Alberta Canada to Ontario, Canada, delays with shipping are to be expected however this was fast. The QNAP TS-469U-RP 4 Bay 3.5 inch NAS 2x PSU 2x 4TB HDDs Intel D2701 NAS is exactly as pictured and described. Very high quality and very good condition, vendor very easy and very professional to deal with. Excellent value. Very professional transaction.

    Great seller. This is the first item I've ever ordered from them that arrived with some damage, shipping related, not due to packaging. Let the seller know just to be aware, and their response was outstanding. Couldn't recommend them more. Otherwise it was exactly as described minus a few dents. Great value.

    Received 1 CPU instead of 2. Communicated with the seller, and they got back to me 5 hours from their work start time! They offered to solve the issue immediately without any question! They are amazing! Super convenient pickup service within Calgary! The product was as described and packed nicely. People were very friendly! I would (and did) definitely buy from them again!

    Good product received in great condition and exactly as described by the seller. Seller was more than helpful regarding questions I had on the device. Shipping a tad expensive but the item was very fairly priced and the packaging was very good. I would recommend buying from this seller.
