  The computer arrived quickly and was really well-packaged. Unfortunately, the operating system wasn't what was listed. The seller was very responsive and attempted to resolve the issue via license keys, but ultimately it had to be returned. I still appreciate the seller being willing to try and fix the issue.

  Seller was very transparent and communicative in sharing details about the product and very quick in shipping the product after selling it. The condition was exactly as described, and the product appearance was accurate. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. It was great value for the price.

  The seller said the battery was open-box, but when I got it, there were clear marks on the screws showing it had been opened before, and it didn’t come with the original box. When I looked closer, I even noticed the seller’s own photo showed those screw marks. I messaged him with photos clearly showing the issue, but he ignored the proof and just kept saying it was 'as described' — which it clearly wasn't. He did offer a return, but after testing it, I decided to keep it since it works okay and
