    The Dell computer works and was as described. It looks like a new machine. I thought the price was a good value. The computer was also securely packaged. Excellent communication, the seller contacted me late Friday (the day I ordered the computer) to remind me that they don't ship on weekends. 5 Star seller.

    Computer arrived well packaged and as advertised. Quality and with everything I wanted. Handling by the delivery driver left something to be desired as he dropped it on my porch. Minor problem but the seller was very helpful and helped me get it working. Good communication and quick response to my questions. Honest and understanding. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good product and great value. Thank you for a smooth transaction

    Purchased three used SSDs. The seller shipped them quickly and packaged them well. Two of the drives had slightly less health than advertised but the seller communicated clearly and issued a partial refund. Other than the drive health, the drives were exactly as described. Would buy from this seller again!

    Excellent AAA+ Seller. Item is as advertised. This was well boxed and arrived safely. Straight out of the box set up in five minutes. Excellent price. I personally prefer buying refurbished computers. They are such a cost savings and usually work without issue. Time will tell how this computer holds up in the long run, but we are off to a good start.

First time purchasing a refurb computer--given return policy, return shipping paid by shipper & 1-year warranty, I felt pretty well covered. Pleasantly surprised that machine could be configured as desired. Seller communication was stellar! Machine arrived well-packed, all as promised, like-new, works flawlessly. Great value!
