I noticed the mix up a day after delivery, I messaged the seller and within hours they had another on its way with a return label for the wrong item.     "Fantastic purchase! The item arrived in the normal amount of time considering the distance it had to be shipped and was exactly as described. The quality is excellent, and even though it was rebuilt, it still looks and functions like new. The price was more than fair—great value for such a well-maintained product.     Everything was packaged well, swift delivery, set it all up and the monitor would not function. Tried everything we could and it would not work. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION with the seller and a PROMPT REFUND was ISSUED upon return of this item. Very satisfied with this seller, sorry the product did not function properly, my wife loved the size of it!
