  Computer arrived well packaged and as advertised. Quality and with everything I wanted. Handling by the delivery driver left something to be desired as he dropped it on my porch. Minor problem but the seller was very helpful and helped me get it working. Good communication and quick response to my questions. Honest and understanding. I would recommend this seller to anyone looking for a good product and great value. Thank you for a smooth transaction

  Shipped item in a timely manner, when it was recieved it was packaged well. It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

  Disclaimer, I did not receive the product shown and listed. However... I did receive a very close model, with almost no differences. The condition was as listed (open box unused) it was packaged in a original Un damaged packaging. Shipping was on time. And even though the model was a slight step down, I still got a great deal and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would consider ordering again from this seller with assurances I was actually getting what I ordered.

  I received the computer, as described!! I however did not read the full description and ordered the wrong one, this seller made every effort to help me with the problem, my fault 100 % would I recommend this seller YES and I would shop the seller again!!!! These guys go above and beyond when it comes to Customer Service. Thanks for your quick response and helping me correcting my problem

  Shipping was fairly quick, Item was packaged well, description of item said 3.8ghz processor speed and is actually only 2.6ghz, also item shows a cd drive but does not come with one. Over all the computer is in very good shape and at a great price. Would consider purchasing from again, however would ask more questions first.

  Highly recommended seller. Promptly addressed issues arising from shipping with UPS. The package was damaged in shipping and the seller promptly made arrangements for replacements. Product was as advertised (condition, quality, appearance), and priced aggressively.
