  Absolutely the best customer service I have ever seen. I purchased this item for a price that had to be a typo (it was less than the cost of shipping). I figured I'd take a chance and they'd probably just refund it when they caught the mistake. They went ahead and shipped it but then UPS lost it 40 miles shy of our house. I told the seller what had happened and figured they would refund it. Nope, they sent a new one immediately and it showed up a couple days later. Amazing Seller!!!

  Had a shipping/stock issue. They promised 2-3 day shipping from multiple warehouses. My item was out of stock in close locations, so it was shipped to OR from FL. No automatic expedited shipping to meet the 2-3 day shipping promise, and it was on the truck before I knew it would not make it here for 7 days. Communication was prompt, and a discount was offered, accepted, and passed on to my customer. I am glad my customer was as understanding as I was to the seller.

  Exactly as described. Good price & quick shipping. Unfortunately transmission connects were too small. Seller was very involved in the issue and ultimately issued a refund. This is a 5-STAR SELLER all the way! THANKS for standing behind your product!
