    Shipping was timely and the packaging was superb. Item came clean and as described. A little on the pricey side, however, it is a piece of Pokemon history that I've come to enjoy over the years.     Thanks for the feedback! Friendly reminder that ALL items certified by PSA AFTER October 23rd 2023 do NOT get a physical COA card. They only receive a sticker applied to the item unless you pay for an LOA upgrade. This includes ITP Witnessed events as well. BGS also stopped when they introduced the QR code to their stickers.
