  This item arrived 3 days late and was needed for my child’s school project. When I tried the reach out to ask, the seller only updated the shipping dates to say it was arriving on time still when in fact the original invoice I paid for had it arriving 3 days earlier. No personal touch and no apologize for the delay. Disappointed with the service.

  $10 for what became 10 day shipping (a day later than promised) Could be blamed on high shipping during Christmas season. Otherwise, the item was exactly as described and just what we wanted.

  At no fault of the seller, the item sat in a distribution center for nearly a week by using USPS. Thr quality was good for the price. I just wish USPS weren't the worst of all shipping methods, as we didn't have the item in time for what we needed it for.
