The item that I was sent was nothing like the picture displayed (see photo 2 or my photos for the photo I wanted to buy and photo 2 for what I received ) they look messy and unprofessional. Also once Royal Mail has collected a parcel from us we have no control over their delivery time. 48 hours delivery should be been with you on the Thursday at the latest. Perhaps you should have read the description as all the information was in there. Or perhaps you didnt see it just like you didnt see the 'Holiday mode' notice! Sorry for the long winded reply

The seller actually posted this item as soon as the shop reopened and it arrived within days. Great product, good value for money, my granddaughter loves them
