  Delivery of handkerchiefs exactly as ordered, lovely, thank you. Was delivered all bashed up though so gift box not as wanted for the gift but this is Royal Mails fault, not the seller.

  Good response from seller and quick delivery too. Artificial snow as described by seller seems to be of good quality and good value and will look nice in my home made water free Snowdomes ❄️❄️❄️

  Unfortunately this item arrived late and after the birthday party. The item that I was sent was nothing like the picture displayed (see photo 2 or my photos for the photo I wanted to buy and photo 2 for what I received ) they look messy and unprofessional. The seller has now updated the photo and description at my suggestion although hasn't responded to my contact with an apology for the late arrival or substandard product.

  Seller has responded and explained why the changed of products were used. Also once Royal Mail has collected a parcel from us we have no control over their delivery time. 48 hours delivery should be been with you on the Thursday at the latest. Perhaps you should have read the description as all the information was in there. Or perhaps you didnt see it just like you didnt see the 'Holiday mode' notice! Sorry for the long winded reply

  Revised feedback as the delay was down to me not realising that the eBay shop was closed due to holiday. The seller actually posted this item as soon as the shop reopened and it arrived within days. Great product, good value for money, my granddaughter loves them
