  This was a large and heavy amount of dishes so it took a little while to pack and get it shipped to me. The order was packed well but 3 items were damaged. I contacted the seller about the damaged and was issued a refund fast. Excellent communication! The order was exactly as described. I'm very happy with my "new to me" dishes!

  Butterfiesanddaisies sold me two skeins of Louet gems merino yarn in what looked like a rich burgundy red color on my screen. It arrived before I even could track it twice, so that's fast shipping to me. And once it was here, I was pleased that the color was just as advertised! The yarn was soft, clean and odor-free, very much worth the price plus shipping I paid (it was a good bargain!).
