New, first quality merchandise, exactly as described and photographed on Ebay web page.     Wrong item (mandolin) sent initially, but owner and GM reached out and quickly sent correct item and UPS return label which I've received. Excellent quality and price w/ EXEMPLARY service. As a musician I highly recommend Butler Music and would buy again.

    This was a perfect and smooth transaction. An amazing price for an EVH 5150 Deluxe Guitar. The guitar was in mint condition just as described by seller. Great communication. I had the guitar in 3 days which was nice. I highly recommend Butler Music and would definitely buy from them again. I saved this seller as a favorite. Thanks for everything.

    I purchased a Taylor acoustic guitar from Butler Music, and I couldn’t be happier! The guitar was exactly as described -practically brand new. The price was perfect for such a great guitar. Shipping was incredibly fast, and the item was well packaged. Highly recommend this seller for their accuracy and efficiency! Will be saving them for future purchases.

    Great pick guard at a fantastic price, I might use this vendor again, no problem with product , a+ . Shipping was a nightmare. I live in Lafayette Indiana. This package left mo, went to Chicago, then Indianapolis, back to Chicago, Indy again and finally Lafayette, which is conveniently located between Chicago and Indianapolis. What is the problem with UPS? Totally not the seller’s fault, check them out if you’re looking for good deals.
