  Purchased a collectors item (PC Game in big box) which listing stated as brand new sealed. Upon receipt the bottom seal of the box was fully open. Open boxes have much less value than sealed. Thus I initiated a return and return was successful.

  The item arrived in a well packaged mailer with bubble wrap completely circle the item in layers. The item is as described that is not working but is suitable as a display item. This is a rare piece and I'm happy to have it. Thank you!
