  This is the third seller from China I tried buying the same part from (2 on ebay, 1 on AliExpress) only to get an identical email stating item was checked at the warehouse and was broken and they proceeded to cancel my order. Kind of odd that 3 totally different sellers used the same excuse and cancelled my order. Not sure what's going on but it seems something nefarious is going on here with this part and its quite frustrating.
