    Very happy with this item!! Seller had great communication, and he sent me an email as soon as the item was shipped! Item arrived quicker than expected and exactly as described/pictured!     Product as described and buyer had reasonable communication. Great quality product. Unfortunately it did take over a week for the seller to ship the product though which was a little disappointing given this was purchased within a reasonable timeframe for a gift.

    The tie was described as new. The first picture featured that tie and tie box. However, when I received it, no box was included. The seller then told me it was considered an accessory, which is very strange. I shop online for many years and never heard of packaging box considered an accessory. It was completely misleading on the seller’s part to use a picture featuring a box, especially when advertising what they claim is a new item. They should have explicitly said no box was included.
