  Part was just as described. USPS dropped the ball thou it got lost in transit but this was not the sellers fault. Seller communicated well and was willing to refund me my money but didn’t have too because usps finally got things together and I finally received item after a few weeks. Package or label was not damaged so truly just poor service by usps

  After delivery discovered the cover would not fit my chain saw - even though it was advertised to fit. No problem - super conscientious seller allowed me to return the cover at his expense. Assisted me finding and purchasing another cover that fit my saw. Unfortunately, the new one was nearly 2X the price. Nothing he could do - that’s just what Stihl gets for that part. This was a genuine OEM part. Great seller. I feel as if I was treated fairly

  I returned the item with shipping label provided by seller only to have it returned to me. When I emailed Burnside explaining that I had gotten the item back I have yet to get a reply . I got a credit for the return and I feel they should get the item back . I hope this will help me to get some direction as to how or if they want the item back.

  Received wrong carburetor. Carburetor received is not for ms 211. See picture of carburetor received. This carburetor is not what was shown in listing. Please email me instructions on how to return for credit.
