    After delivery discovered the cover would not fit my chain saw - even though it was advertised to fit. No problem - super conscientious seller allowed me to return the cover at his expense. Assisted me finding and purchasing another cover that fit my saw. Unfortunately, the new one was nearly 2X the price. Nothing he could do - that’s just what Stihl gets for that part. This was a genuine OEM part. Great seller. I feel as if I was treated fairly

    Received wrong carburetor. Carburetor received is not for ms 211. See picture of carburetor received. This carburetor is not what was shown in listing. Please email me instructions on how to return for credit.     I ordered an OEM carburetor and I received an OEM carburetor. I do recommend this seller. He responded very quickly to my questions so communication was an A+.

    The seller was great to deal with although USPS did a sorry job for him. I know the slow shipping was not his fault and even though I informed him I did want a partial refund, he did so anyway as he still took responsibility for their shortcomings. Grateful bussines owner I would highly recommend. He is trying to resove his shipping issue he's had lately and I wish him lots of luck. Great bussines.

    Items was just as described if not better. Seller was fast to package and ship. Packaging was well done prevent damage to the item during transit . I will definitely follow this seller . Great communication and excellent pricing to boot!

    Seller communication was good. Shipping was terrible. Shipped on 4/18 received on 5/2. 24 days! Does not appear to be sellers fault but USPS sucks! Sellers please ship UPS or Fed ex!
