The price of the model had three components - base, postage & tax. I contacted the seller (and sent photos) and asked for a refund of the total price stating that the model was of no use given the damage. The seller refunded only the base price. I sent another message to the seller stating that I wanted a refund of what I had paid. After 5 days since my last message to the seller I have had no reponse.
