  The stove was delivered on time and exactly as described. Unfortunately I opened a box with shattered glass. The stove was packaged in a box the same size, no "delicate/fragile" signage, and was wrapped in single layer of bubble wrap. The stove is glass on top and has other breakable parts. I wouldn't' be purchasing delicates here. The stove was never going to make in one piece with the lack of care in packaging , I'm still waiting for a refund.

  The contents were packed with the same care that I would expect if I purchased an item. It passed a drop/shake test. The box is visibly crushed in your photos, which is abnormal. If the package had been handled by people with a semi-functioning frontal lobe, then the item would have arrived intact. It was listed 'no refund', but I went out of my way to file a PO insurance claim for you. The fact that eBay allows this type feedback extortion is a disgrace.
