  Very impressed! The box was delivered in very bad shape and my heart sank when I saw it. Upon opening the box, I was very happy to see that the mug was thoughtfully wrapped in a good amount of bubble wrap and was in perfect condition. The mug was exactly as described. Thank you to this seller for the care you put into this transaction.

  Item that I purchased arrived in a timely manner. I had a minor issue but the seller took care of me and I’m happy with the purchase. I feel like I got a reasonable deal on the frame. It was packaged well. The item was as described. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.

  Item was very well packaged but still unfortunately was damaged in transit. Seller immediately refunded the order and was very polite and communicative. I don’t think it was under-packed. The shipping company probably dropped it way too hard. Great seller. Would buy from them again.
