Item looked very cheap compared to the pictures, would not fit even after sending measurements to them of a bigger size, scratch marks on item, sellers communication was terrible they stopped responding back to me after multiple messages trying to sort it out with them had to go through credit card company to get my refund back. There solution was to put a sponge at the back of the item when it didn't even fit and also had the audacity to tell me I ordered the wrong size. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The buyer has a head circumference of 62cm and did not inform us in advance before purchasing. We default to sending adult medium-sized sizes, and we have informed the buyer of the processing method and partial refund compensation. The buyer has threatened us and hopes to receive half of the refund. We declined and accepted the buyer's return request. The buyer refuses to return the item.
