    As advertised.....shipping was a bit of a "mystery" - FedEx strikes again.... Tracking info showed FedEx hadn't received the item yet and after three days, I contacted the seller with a prompt reply that it was on its way and they had opened a claim. The last day before I could consider it lost in transit and request a refund, it showed up - unfortunately, damaged.....I documented the damage and the seller quickly issued a refund. Excellent business practices, excellent communication, thank you.

    Item was unfortunately back ordered, but seller quickly communicated the fact and gave me a timeline. They kept in touch with updates and I received the part sooner than expected. The item is great! Brand new and cheaper than the manufacturer's price. Great transaction, thank you!

    Item was loose in box and damaged in shipping. Reported the damage to seller with photos. Seller promptly refunded the purchase within 3 days. Good seller.

    Was wrong size and had to return ,, was sent a return label for 50.25 dollars shipping ,which is almost as much as i paid for it... when contacting the seller.. he sent one for 9.00 which is a great savings for me,,....

    Great seller, prompt shipping. Had a slight issue with the packaging being damaged causing some damage to the item, however seller quickly responded to me and immediately remedied the situation. I couldn't ask for better customer service than that!! I will purchase from them again in the future.
